Also missing were the main screws that hold the upper guard, and the lower guard was completely loose. The saw should have been described as "for parts only" but was rather described as "good condition" and "power tested". No key words "bare tool only", but no battery. The seller ignored my first request for return, but offered a partial refund, when I complained to Ebay.
