Radio arrived with the entire menu in Japanese keep in mind.. Took me a while to get Americanized or reconfigured that being said, I did reach out to seller for a few items of minor concern and his response time was a little slower than expected, especially for the money spent.. Not a huge deal but, good t customers service is everything to me.. Also, came with users manuel in Japan
