    Radio took just under two weeks to get from Japan to California arrival was perfect, packaging was excellent.. Radio arrived with the entire menu in Japanese keep in mind.. Took me a while to get Americanized or reconfigured that being said, I did reach out to seller for a few items of minor concern and his response time was a little slower than expected, especially for the money spent.. Not a huge deal but, good t customers service is everything to me.. Also, came with users manuel in Japan
