The printer ink was old and practically unusable, so I had to order more (wasn't printing cyan at all, couldn't align the cartidges without working ink). The 6-month free ink is basically useless. Requires a subscription, and I don't print enough, regularly, to get the value of an offer like that. More trouble than it's worth. Printer works fine, otherwise!
