(Likely to be the shipping carriers neglect). The chair adjustment teeth were bent, & difficult to position. The leg cross bar bends down further than it should. The chairs support center side bars were not aligned to easily open, until I worked it out to unfold correctly. The arm rest bars are wobbly & it needs new webbing. These are all fixable. It still holds value to me!
