I've always had Norelco shavers and have good luck with them. Will need to wait and see if that holds true for this one. I love the design of this shaver. Price was good compared with others. The one thing that I found negative is that this shavers came with a cord that plugs into the shaver and has a male USB plug on the other end, BUT no transformer unit was included. Luckily I had an old one.
