It was packaged well and all parts promised were included. I opted to skip the cleaning solution suggested for this item and use a non toxic cleaner I’m familiar with which worked like a dream. Overall very happy with the item just wish I hadn’t had to clean out someone else’s smelly yuck

It was accurate in its description except for one tidbit. There was a pre-filter included inside the purifier’s filter housing. Also, the filter was only slightly used with 89% availability still left. The price for shipping was a little high but for what was received, it was still better than buying new.
