Condition= They are designed to go off when a door is pulled open into them and depresses the actuator. I thought they were designed to Go off when the door was opened and the actuator pressure arm was allowed to lift upward? Sorry for the mistake. Value = They both work great but must be used for a door being pulled into them to operate properly. Appearance = I'll look at your site 1st from now on! Thank you.
