The product is garbage, but I don't blame that on the seller. This was for a 15" steering wheel, but I tore it trying to put it on my 14" wheel. There's no way for the seller to try a steering wheel cover on every steering wheel, so I don't blame them. I trashed the wheel cover and am now looking for something more appropriate. As inexpensive as this item was, I don't want a refund.
