The part comes sealed in a bag with a large sticker that states the part works and if the bag is opened you can not return it. The only way you can verify the part works is to take it out and test it. Other sellers offer free shipping with no returns. Buy from them because you realistically can't return this. Part arrived latter than window stated on listing.
