I verified the coverage unit is broken by testing the signal output from the window unit. dB output from the window unit is within specs. No matter how close the coverage unit is placed, it does not detect a signal. Tested from 1 foot to 80 feet.

The power button had broken off. & the back of the case is cracked where the camera cutout is. I’m very disappointed. I will be returning said product.
