Once on my bike, I didn't like the look too much, but that is personal preference; it is comfortable, since it offers such a wide back pad. My wife thought it was comfortable for the passenger pillion as well. If you regularly ride with others, I recommend it. If you typically ride solo, it adds a lot of bulk to the bike, but if you have a top case it adjusts the case over the rear wheel more instead of behind it.
