I have another tester so - found a YouTube video how to run this one. And a schematic similar to this. Nothing was working properly. Considered a refund. Poke around with a VOM - Being an old school tech, found the tube heaters didn't light up due to slide switch contacts gummed up old lube. The transformer only mounted on one leg post, and laying across a rotary switch was scary. Took care of those issues. Presuming it sat in RS store window for some time and got gummy & dusty. Packaged well.
