I received my package today and had to pay $7.00 in postage to get it. Ebay charged me $6.72 and you only paid the post office $2.72. Is this a scam or am I going to have to do this from now on? So I paid $11 in postage I did not have to. Do I get a refund for the over charge?

You will get a refund. The USPS in my area has conflicting pricing depending on where you get it. Yes, a government agency operated by human cattle without explanation. How do you ship things then? It isn't easy.
