The actual item shipped was in a very scuffed box, and with components (power supply, manual) that had clearly been used - this looked like a customer return or demo unit that had been repacked. I informed the seller of my concerns, provided photos, and didn't get a satisfactory answer. To be clear, the synth's condition and price was excellent, but it should not have been sold as "new" and I wouldn't have bought it had I known it wasn't new.
