PER THE BUYER...THIS IS WHAT SHE MESSAGED ME.
Just received an item from your entity; when cutting open the very top of the package, the scarf was, apparently, also right at the top… unwrapped or otherwise protected, and got cut.
THERE IS A SEAM ALONGSIDE THE BAG THAT CAN BE SAFELY OPENED. THE SCARF WAS WRAPPED IN TISSUE AND PROTECTED INSIDE THE POLY BAG. IT IS MY FAULT FOR HER CARELESSNESS. I HAVE SHIPPED OVER 10K IN ITEMS.
