Fast shipping with quick response time to questions and concerns. The rods were damaged in shipping and was able to work out a solution to avoid returning the 50 lbs. Shipping the 50 lbs can of rods in a wooden crate will be the best option for protecting the welding rods from the Neanderthals in UPS shipping.
