The empty box arrived with no book inside. I contacted the seller and told them that it was for a present and i needed refunding so that i could buy elswear but they say that they will only give me my money back if they can claim it from Royal Mail.

Item left us in a sealed box, customer claims to of accepted an opened box from Royal Mail and then queried it with us. Why did they accept an open box from the postman without questioning it??? We only have their word that the item was not in the box so were advised we would need to make a claim with royal mail before refunding as shows as delivered and they accepted an open box from the postman. If the box was opened they should of refused delivery then a refund could of been swiftly issued.
