i don't really understand where people get their education from. they simply don't know how to read. i never advertised this unit with a remote control. there were no remote control on any picture that we took. so how did this buyer thought it came with a remote. and firstly he should of contacted me than jumping in straight away and was hungry to leave a negative feedback. We could of worked something out.
