When I received the CD I noticed that the case is cracked. Looking closely at the picture in the original listing, I can now see that it was cracked as well. It probably should not have been listed as "Very good" which implies "No damage to the jewel case or item cover, no scuffs, scratches, cracks, or holes." I'm an eBay seller myself so I know how important it is to be upfront about the condition of the item. The CD and inserts appear to be good. I did message the seller but didn't hear back.
