Phone was in perfect condition when received, brand new. Great communication with seller and they were honest from the start. I was just disappointed when the phone wouldn’t work in Canada (seller did say they didn’t know if it could be unlocked or if the phone worked do to age), but I took a risk. When it didn’t work the carrier said the phone was assigned to a phone number and couldn’t be unlocked. When i reached out to the seller for the phone number they couldn’t provide it. I took a loss!
