Disappointing for all three books not to arrive. Emailed and was told sent second class but even after 14 days would not expect item to be that delayed. Refunded after end date of expected delivery but having to wait that length of time when it’s clear item has been lost or not sent is annoying. Automatic refund when requested hence why neutral rating but wouldn’t use again
