    On opening there was a crack in the top of the vase, seller gave the option of a partial refund or to return, i opted for the partial refund as this was easier, lovely customer service, thank you.

    Excellent item, but packaging has a very damp smell, like it had been stored somewhere wet. Didn’t affect the product but not sure if the issue was seller or Royal Mail, so worth a mention.
