I’ve never had a fit issue with Ugg before. These boots are not like any other Ugg boot I’ve owned in the past. Definitely not Luka a size 11. Seller does not offer returns so I’m stuck with a pair of boots I can’t wear. Wish I had noticed that before buying. Read the listings VERY carefully, people. This was a purchasing error I can ill afford.
