When I contacted the seller to notify of the dents in the ‘new’ product that was purchased, the response I received was VERY rude , degrading and accusatory STONE WALL!. I have a legitimate complaint and I did not deserve this response!
I too have a background in sales and would never treat my customers in such a manner

Then click original listing link (below buyer's pix) to see pix of undamaged item as they received it.The buyer "claimed" that they first opened the item & found damage MONTHS AFTER THEY RECEIVED IT!(It was a NEW item from Lowes that a customer never picked up).The truth:They damaged the item when they screwed up a DIY installation. I refused their shakedown for a "significant price adjustment", so they lied in the feedback. Look at ALL of my feedback.Really?
