Took a little figuring out but I got this to work for the Curtis PMC 1204-410. The manufacturer really should ship instructions in the box! I did make a diagnostic plug for this to read the LED codes. As far as the seller goes ... They were amazingly help and top notch in communications. With all honesty I highly recommend this seller.
