This is the lamp I saw illustrated in John Mebane"s " The Poor Man's Guide to Antique Collecting" back in 1971 when I started to become interested in antiques. I started buying slag glass lamps right away (my 1st. at the Rose Bowl antique flea market for $100.00) but never finding the lamp I admired so much from "Poor Man's Guide". Well, now after 53 years of collecting other beautiful slag glass lamps, I found the one that from an illustration, started the whole thing, Thank you so much.
