Seller originally stated the order may need to be canceled due to a label issue with ebay. However, the item was marked as shipped the next day with no tracking information provided. When some time had passed with no package received, I reached out to the seller and couple of times. The seller didn’t respond to those messages. After two weeks with no response from the seller and the items not arriving, I had no choice but to get ebay involved to issue a refund.
