Great price, arrived quickly, but back antler in picture was broken off at the base. Disappointing since I bought this to replace one whose antler was splintered this past Christmas. I've had several other similar JS products I bought on eBay arrive with this same break so I wonder if his reindeer have their antlers (it's always the back, most protected antler) glued on during manufacturing rather than them being all of one piece. Anyway, it's a clean break and can be easily fixed. Thanks.

To start with, the cup was listed as pre-owned, but new. When I received it, it was definitely not new. The was a significant amount of residue inside the cup as if there was something sitting in it for an extended period of time and had not been washed properly after use. There was also a not so pleasant odor. I did soak it several times, removed most of the residue but somehow there’s still a faint smell lingering.
