    Really sorry to hear this!May I confirm that how high the temp and how long you operate the AC when you feel it is not cold? (PS: usually, it takes few minutes to produce cold air after running machine.)Also, when using the cooling function, it does have requirements on ambicient temp, so what is ambicient temp when you use cooling function?And how big of your room? and which mode you set? Also, if you set the machine straight for few hours before using it in case that the machine is upside
