The phone was packaged VERY WELL!!! Thank you for that! I also got it a few days sooner than I was supposed to, so that was another bonus. It's a great phone, even tho it's not an ultra like my last phone, but that was my own fault. I should've read it better. It's just a tad smaller is all. It was technically open box. It wasn’t new. I mean they listed as new but it’s really open box . If I would’ve typed in the same phone for open box, it would’ve been $40 cheaper. I feel like I got ripped off by $40 then they immediately sent a message stating that it was open box and then when I immediately tried to cancel the order and it said I couldn’t because they’ve already shipped it which really they didn’t they just created the shipping label. It was overall just false marketing.

This is listed as new and is new in perfect condition, and ships in a box with the phone and accessories. We send the message to the buyer, and we did not ship it, only printed the label. We would have cancelled before shipping but the buyer never responded. We offer free 30 day returns and still happy to refund in full if not happy.
