- l***o (1347)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseWhen you hear "reproduction", the phrase "not built like they used to" comes to mind. That is NOT the case here! If you don't know what to look for, you'd think that you're looking at a unit from the 1960's! The selenium rectifier is replaced with a modern diode. This is a good thing! And there's a chunky transformer hanging out back. That makes operating it safer. Everything else is what you'd find in the original unit. I haven't put it together yet, but I should work like the original!
