The book arrived one day later than the expected delivery date. However, this could have been acceptable if the seller had responded to my messages. I sent three messages without a reply. I wanted to know where to go online to track my item and when it would arrive. The seller sent me a late message (many days after my initial message to him) after I had received the item, asking me to check my mailbox for the book. Ignoring clinets is not a way to do business.
