Innombrables annotations dans le livre non signalées. Retour demandé et accepté mais avec un bordereau d'expédition envoyé par le vendeur inutilisable. J'ai dû demandé à ebay d'intervenir pour obtenir mon remboursement. Pénible !

mon bon de retour ( du 4 juin ) etait parfaitement utilisable ; il s'agissait d' un mondial relay mais sans doute que l'acheteur n'a pas voulu se deplacer jusqu'au point relay. Pourquoi indiquer qu' il est inutllisable , ce n'est pas vrai !
comment rembourser quand on attends un mondial relay et que l' on recoit le retour par la poste le mercredi 12 juin a 9 h 30 et que la reclamation est effectuée a 14h.
