Buyer purchased based on description given and scans provided. He didn’t object to the quality then. I offered him full refund if he would return the item but he said he wouldn’t use the mail to Canada lol. So I offered him a credit. Next thing I hear he sumbits a negative feedback telling others to keep away. I’m a respected person a philatelist and a professional accountant (retired) in 10 years with eBay this is the first time I’ve had to respond to a negative feedback because uncalled for

You never offered a credit and why would I want one. I too am a professional (Doctor) been selling and buying on eBay for 25 years. I'm not retired, I am working on my stamp collection too. When I buy MNH I expect MNH. If it doesn't come that way refund my money and tell me to throw the stamps in the garbage because that's what they are. To send stuff back to Canada would have cost $3 then you would refund me $4.50. Not worth my time or effort. You are wrong and deserved the negative feedback!
