It's just a problem with deliverys I've had, but there's also something that doesn't feel right, you make order advertised for 3-5 day delivery after 2 weeks of complaining they then say "we'll send another copy pls contact us if another copy appears" then the new copy arrives in 2/3 days with no sign of 1st which I can only conclude they never actually send 1st copy until you complain for 2 weeks, twice exactly same process, seems abit of a scam and they hope you just give up because its a book
