    Some people don't know how to accept an apology. People make mistakes, nobody is perfect. I've given him a full refund & let him keep the incorrect item for free. I also told him I would be happy to ship him the correct one if he wanted to purchase it again but he declined. I can see it if he doesn't want to take a chance & buy it again but calling me a "Crooks & bogus seller" & "thief & bad person" is just plain wrong. eBay would be better off without people like this.
