    After my Initial Order was Cancelled (I fully Understand & Accept the Seller's Reason) the 2 Items Arrived VERY QUICKLY and WELL PACKED to Prevent Transit Damage. They are EXACTLY as DESCRIBED, and Complete with UN-DAMAGED Rubber "Gasket". I've been TRYING to FIND this Part for OVER a YEAR, so I am THRILLED to finally get my Old, but MUCH LOVED Dyson DC-02 working again. New, Genuine, Dyson Spares are NOT CHEAP, IF AVAILABLE, so I think Dyson-Medic are VERY FAIR with their Pricing.

    Because I had ordered 2 of the Same Part, but in Different Colours, the Seller FEARED that I was going to COMPARE the Items and then SEND BACK the one I Liked Least. They TRIED to Contact me (but had a Medical Appointment and was Out). Not wanting to have to Process a Return they Cancelled My Order. They did email me, so I wasn't left wondering why my Order was taking SO LONG to Arrive. I confirmed by Telephone that I wanted BOTH PARTS, and Placed a New Order.
