Appalling experience from the outset. This seller marked the item as dispatched 12 hours after i placed my order.
Some 7 days later. Still no item ! I contacted the seller and was told " i wouldn't get tracking until the item has left their warehouse" ????? So why lie and mark it as dispatched ?
13 days passed since i placed my order. Still no sign of my item !!! I once again asked what was going on.
They tried to blame courier. Yet they could not give me a tracking number.
Why ?
