    I recieved this the product empty & all through the post bag - the internal lid came off. I was offered a 30% refund, no apology for dodgy packaging. After lengthy haggling they agreed to replace it but said it it would take 30-40 days to post. Due to length of time I decided the previously negotiated refund of 70% was easiest. They then offered 55%. It was eventually settled on 70%. It was like drawing blood out of stone. Would not deal with again. Polite, but very poor business manners.
