The bathroom set came open, dirty, scratched, and missing parts despite being described as new. I reached out to try and settle this issue and after one response offering a partial refund (for an item that was unusable) I was ghosted and received no response despite multiple attempts to reach out before I had to go through the ebay resolution process. Their feedback might be decent, but I couldn't tell you why!
