    I have try to contact the seller several times and no luck! The seller have never reply my emails, they have completely ignore us, this is not the way they should treat a customer! I paid for this order few days ago and still no trucking #. Stay away from this seller !

    I am very sorry, this should not happen. I appreciate your business and always work to the best of my abilities, it is a technical error that was fixed. I assure you that you were never ignored, I did not receive the messages and as soon as I received them I took action and sent the toner as soon as possible. When checking the tracking number, it shows that the package was delivered yesterday. I apologize if the delay caused any inconvenience, this situation does not reflect how I do business
