The customer wanted to return the DVD player because it didn't fit his computer. I told him he could, would just have to pay return shipping. The customer said he would not pay the return shipping because all of a sudden instead of not fitting it did not work. I declined the return as the reason for return was because it did not fit and wanted to not pay for return shipping.
