It was a bit dusty but it's still very good. I reached out to the seller as I received a CT4780 instead of a CT4870, an honest mistake, to see if I can send it back and receive the proper one. To my surprise they told me they were going to simply send another one! Each card has it's own strengths and weaknesses, so that'll be fun to test. 10/10 seller and experience!

However they only issued a partial refund and tried to claim the reason I didn’t receive the full amount was because of VAT I had to pay. In reality they didn’t refund the shipping cost and tried to get away with it. When I pointed this out they stopped replying. Ebay stepped in and processed the remaining refund.
