The unit was new and packed well. The delivery was on time and no damages. However, this espresso machine didn’t pump the coffee strong enough for a desired espresso. I did use different espresso roast and grinding but the pressure remained at 7.2, I would happier if the pressure reached 9.0 or higher within the espresso’s range. The water remained in the coffee filter after the machine stopped pumping. I take what ever this machine gave me. I shall look for a better espresso machine .
