This was due to the advertisement having a drop down box allowing the purchaser to highlight the ear cuffs rather than the default adhesive backed pad. The seller offered a discount toward the correct item ,but couldn’t accept the return of the incorrect item. Good communication, just a shame that the options in the drop down menu weren’t reversed.
