The 5-ft bunk board rail guides made loading my boat very easy, much easier than without. However, the plastic insert in the end of the metal tube and fabric wrap did not prevent my boat from getting gouged when loading my boat with a slight crosswind. I have ordered rubber sleeve covers to try to prevent this from happening again. And now I have more gel coat repairs.
