The pillow is very big and soft. This pillow is very soft and bounces right back into shape. It has a zipper for you to take out or put more stuffing in it, but its pretty filled up with its light cushioning already. I also have the DHR6000 for 2 years and I like it a little more for being a bit more firm. Conclusion is if you like very soft then go with DHR7000, you want a bit firm go with DHR6000. Great product!
