In this email, I’m reaching out to discuss the product you sent me. Your website is misleading, the Kia emblem shown on your web page for the front hood is black. The Kia emblem you sent me was the back trunk, which was silver in color. As a result of your misleading product and the wrong sizes, I am now responsible for paying for the shipping back to your company. I think you should reimburse me for the cost of shipping.
