    This has adjustable tension. Includes a sleeve for the larger (commercial door) pins. I did not need dampening just spring loading so this did the trick. These were expensive when I was last able to buy one in hardware stores in the 80's and these days I always have to hunt for it because the general public are not much DIY anymore.
